Recommended Dosage
Take 1–2 capsules per day. Always use on an empty stomach, either before a meal or 30 minutes before physical activity. Take with plenty of water. Use the product for 2–3 months, followed by a 3-week break. The maximum daily dose is 2 capsules. Do not take before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
